Your privacy is a right. This page describes exactly what we hold and why, in plain language. Right now SlugSplit only collects your email address, if you choose to join the waitlist.
What we collect
- Your email address.
- The date and time you joined.
- Which part of the site you joined from, so we know which page people sign up on.
That is the complete list. We do not ask for your name, we do not collect payment details, and the site does not use analytics or tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
To email you when SlugSplit's product opens. That is the only reason we ask for it, and the only thing we will use it for.
What we will not do
- We will not sell your email address.
- We will not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else for their own purposes.
- We will not send you marketing unrelated to SlugSplit.
When we begin sending launch emails we will use a third-party email service to deliver them. Such a provider processes your address only to send mail on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to remove it, or until the waitlist is retired — whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it entirely. Email privacy@example.com and we will action it.
If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, data protection law gives you these rights explicitly. We honour the same requests for everyone, wherever you live.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of the page.
